    V9 Suspension Thread

Thanks again Todd. Yep they look like Ikons now Ive googled it, and yeah, the ride still needs improvement.

    V9 Suspension Thread

So I have discovered something after examining my rear shocks… under the rubber boot at the top of the spring there is a 4 position dial. I’m assuming (and it feels like) it’s rebound adjust. Is this unique to early models? I’ve never seen it mentioned in the forums. I never even knew it was...

    V9 Suspension Thread

Anyone performed the FKE fork upgrade at home? Im handy with the maintenance basics (I have heaps of tools/torque wrenches etc), and Ive done the evap delete and ECU reflash, but dont really want to mess around with the internals of a fork. Im assuming however, with this particular kit, it can...

ah, ok then! Cheers for that. So Im thinking your Matris V9 kit with adjusters and perhaps the GTM 2WS rears. Trying to get best value for money, as I only really ride a few hours every month or two, so not looking for the ultimate, just an improvement.

    V9 Suspension Thread

Im considering an upgrade to the forks and shocks of my 2016 Bobber, but im unsure if there's a difference in front fork upgrade compatability for the earlier models? Specifically Marzocchi vs Kaifa? Is there a way to tell which fork I have?

    V9 rear brake adjustment

Ive adjusted this, I had to when I changed to the rearsets. It basicaaly just moves the pedal up and down, but given the brakelight switch cant be adjusted in conjunction, you cant really change the position of the lever. (drop the pedal too far down and the switch will stay on)

    V9 rear brake adjustment

Does anyone know if the position of the 'bite' of the rear brake can be adjusted at all? Ive fitted the factory rearset kit to my 2016 Bobber, and it has nicely rotated the brake lever clockwise making it more horizontal, but now I have to press quite deep until I get any bite on the disc. Im...

GTM Secondary Air Supply (SAS) V7-9 Block-off Kit

Thanks everyone. How necessary does everyone thing the evap can removal is for the reflash? I have no trouble with anything at this point other than some decel popping with the dB killers out on the Agostinis (which the SAS kit/reflash will take care of) So Id rather not have to remove it all...

GTM Secondary Air Supply (SAS) V7-9 Block-off Kit

Why does Todd suggest this kit is for only 17+ models? I have a 2016 Bobber and appears to have SAS, is it somehow different to later models? I have Agostinis and want to do the remap, but want to do it properly with SAS delete. Also, whats the deal with the evap can delete.. is there a kit for...

    GTM ECU V7 & V9 Flash Tool

Ive just purchased a 2016 V9 Bobber that has a high flow airfilter and Agostinis, and Im interested in getting the reflash done with this tool. My question is will the map be different with the Agostinis, and with the db killers in or out? Or is it just one reflash for every V9? And should I...
