    V85 TT Info

I think it is a great concept. At 80 HP that is pretty close to my B1100 but with a big weight advantage from what I have read. This could be the Guzzi that would tempt me to move on the Mighty Breva a bike that has served me so well piecemealadventurer.wordpress.com/

    Overheating Breva 1100

Thanks throttle bodies were cleaned. In fact engine was out to fix a leak (gear box) in the bell housing. and everything resit when the bike was put back together. I must admit I'm a bit hard on the bike. Last year I did a 13000 k return ride from Melbourne up past Cooktown on Cape York...

    Overheating Breva 1100

The bike has a custom map with the lambda bypassed. Checked the co2 levels with a gas analyser and lifted the levels to provide a richer mixture. This has reduced the running temperature

    Overheating Breva 1100

I use penrite 10w60 have for a while with no problem. I've checked the exhasust and a bit of discolouring (blueing) just before the pipe turns into muffler so will check the fuel system. Thanks for all the comments.

    Overheating Breva 1100

After running at normal temperature for 100,000 k my breva 1100 is suddenly running very hot, really really hot. Hot enough to melt the blanking plug in the bolt hole just near the bell housing. Any Idea what would cause this sudden overheating? The oil was changed about 400k back

    B11 rear break calliper

Just back from a fantastic 8 day trip around Tasmania. (a riding treat for those not from Aus). The bike went really well but unfortunately I have blown the seal in one of the pistons in the rear brake calliper. (slowed me down a tad!) Just wanted to check that the rear brake calliper is the...

Unlisted Breva 1100 ECU fault code 31???

Hi there the link the error coded above doesn't seem to work anymore. I had a strange instance with my Breva 1100 this evening. I stopped on the way home and when I went to start the bike there was nothing. The system wouldn't boot up. I removed and checked the main 30 amp fuses and the bike...

    Breva 1100 Clutch Slipping

I have replaced the master cylinder on my B11 clutch. The seal where the plunger went in when the lever is pulled had gone and was leaking. Had a horrible experience with the clutch slipping and having to stop and top up the clutch fluid on a trip back of 1,400 ks back home. Haven't had any...
