Do NOT do this. The 8V pushes an incredible amount of oil out of the cam breather tubes to the breather system. The drain line is from the air box.I do know I'm going to run valve cover vents to the ground.get rid tube you have to drain.
Plugs? When the evap has been properly disconnected, most run that rubber hose from one side to the other (I recommend it this way too). The canister is normally under the passenger seat.I've looked at a stock pic and don't see anything there just plugs.the evap system is gone.thank you.
Todd...is there an advantage to running a hose between them as opposed to just capping the fittings off? I was going to cap them off after I balance my TB's...figured that's how they're set up outside of the US, then I saw your recommendation above and want to be sure I'm not missing something!Do NOT do this. 6 of one, half dozen of another. On Tonti bikes, the fitting is large, and it just so happens a BMW vacuum cap is a perfect fit. On the CARC bikes, the fitting is much smaller so it easy an fix is to just use one of the hoses removed from the evap system to run side to side. That leaves the fitting in place for when you want to balance throttle bodies.Todd...is there an advantage to running a hose between them as opposed to just capping the fittings off?
