All,
A couple of weeks ago I added a very nice 2000 V11 Sport to the garage to help keep the Griso company. Overall the bike is in great condition, but does have a couple of minor issues I am sorting through. The only remaining mechanical problem to address is an oil leak from the slave cylinder. The slave cylinder itself is not leaking fluid, the leak appears to be oil getting past the push rod seal(s). Before pulling everything apart, I'd like to have the necessary parts on hand to fix this. I just want to clarify that on my V11, the only seal to replace is the O-Ring that goes on top of the "clutch control cylinder". That is all I see in the schematic available at Harper's. Just want to make sure the "conical seals" are NOT used.
If there is anything else that would allow oil to make it's way out via the clutch slave, please let me know.
Thanks!
Kevin
