I am thinking of buying a 2010 Griso but have been reading about the flat tappets issue. I contacted the seller to find out if the conversion was done but he is unsure and is waiting for a response from the person he purchased it from. In the meantime, I wanted to find out the approximate total cost of converting it into a roller (parts and labour) because the price for the bike is low (around 4000 USD) so I would consider buying it even if it has not been converted.

He says he has had no mechanical problems with the bike.

Anyone able to give me some

$1000 USD plus for the conversion kit plus labour.
There is a slight chance you could still get a Guzzi dealer to get the parts covered by Piaggio. They can tell within seconds by removing a valve cover if it is done or not.
There's a 2013 in Shawinigan asking price $6800 CND with 34000 kilometers. It's rollerized for sure.

There's a one year only 2014 brown Norge in Quebec City for $6995 with 26500 km.

I would have bought the Norge if I didn't already have mine.

Cams: https://gtmotocycles.com/products/1200-8v-roller-cam-update

Depending on mileage, we charge ~3.5 hours on average unless the cams are badly worn and we have to go deeper in.

Is there a way for me to check if it is done or not? Keep in mind I have no experience and am not a mechanic
