Thought I might share a few snaps with the following mods:

Starting from the front:
> Tarrozzi low rise clip ons (similar to Racer bar ergos)
> Tarrozzi engine bars (I think).
> GUZZITECH fender eliminator with tool-tray (awesome investment)
> Finebau o2 compensators (setting 3)
> IKON shocks (more comfortable and harshness is gone - not recommended for track).
> Pipemasters (Australia) conti style exhausts (no baffle, no db killer)

As for the ride, well the bars are wonderfully natural and I love the position. Rearsets would completed the setup but not obligatory.

After bedding in (100kms or so) the pipes sound wonderful (had positive comments from random riders following me when stopped at the traffic lights) :)

Difference in power? ummm.... can't say I noticed or really care either. Twins really do need free flowing exhausts though  to let the poor things breathe properly.

The fender eliminator is a MUST and really tidies up the back end. Another plus is a genuinely useful tool tray for tools, phone, wallet etc. Not huge, but enough for a day's ride.

Shocks make the ride more compliant, still relatively soft (coming from various italian and japanese road bikes) and definitely not track oriented but if you want a nice, compliant ride without the harshness over bumps, it's a big improvement in my view.

The stock bike is awesome but I just like the cafe style without the bling of the racer.

Very nice. Two of the first mods I am planning on making, you are right these do clean up the bike a lot.
Were these easy to work on? Also are there are references online on doing these? Haven't started my homework on this yet.

Cheers

Undertray / fender eliminator was pretty easy. You might need a couple of crimp connectors for the stop light (depending what one you buy) but other that that really simple.

The forks need to drop through the top triple clamp to fit the clip-ons. This really needs a couple of people and a jack under the engine to unload the suspension (and second person to steady the bike). Other than that, quite simple really if you have a bit of patience.

I had no prior knowledge and just got stuck in. It was pretty straightforward. Just have a methodical approach and don't be afraid to loosen and unbolt bits that happen to get in the way.

Also a good opportunity to apply some locktite to any bolts you might want to ensure are nice and tight.

Rear shocks are staggeringly simple to changeover with a couple of allen keys !!!

Of course, having a reasonable tool set helps ;)

Its easy enough to do by yourself. Jack up the front end, remove the brakes, wheel and fender, then slide out the forks one at a time to fit the clip-ons. Loosen the triple clamp bolts before you remove the wheel.

Hi

how are you going with your pipemaster mufflers ?.
Looking at fitting them to my v7racer, do they sound as good as the YouTube video's ?.

I've been sporting mufflers I purchased at kustom commune here in Melbourne ( cheap $140) the sound good but are completely straight through lol.

Don't suppose you can let me know what you paid for them, I recon they are compare able price to the staytunes and probably a little dearer than the Italian offerings.

Cheers

JCB
