Can somebody point me the right way please?

I have one MG manual that states the plug gap shall be 0.6 - 0.7mm (24 -27 thou)
I have a second MG manual that says that it should be 0.9mm (36 thou)
The plug as shipped by NGK comes out of the box at 0.9mm

Am I right to assume that it should be 0.9mm as MG would just take the standard plug and simply fit it

Cheers

Tris

What Steve said, and the go-to should always be the sticker on the fender under the seat.

Thanks Both

Re-gap to 0.7mm it is!

PS
Would a 0.9mm (36 thou) gap exacerbate a snatchy throttle when going from a trailing/light throttle to open throttle when negotiating a roundabout for example?

The Main Dealer that serviced it just before I got it just stuck the plugs in as they came from NGK at 0.9 and the snatchy throttle has been plaguing me since I got the bike

The snatchy throttle seems to be built in to the V9, I have adjusted the slack out of the throttle cables on mine and although not perfect it is much better.

Thanks for that.
Having only ridden only the one V9 I wasn't sure if mine was "special"
I need to revisit the cable slack and see if I can improve on what I achieved last time.
