Hm - interesting. I am not sure how a police officer would handle that here in the US, but I think he really would not care about anything he did not personally see, and would most likely ticket the car driver for what he did pulling out behind the bikes and using the car to intimidate them.

Of course, if it was on COPS and the media cameras were runnig. who knows?

I've indeed wondered to what extent the camera had an influence here. The cop looks a bit too unsure and impartial (here they tend to be relatively lenient to bikers).
 
That's what the myths, movies and series would have us believe, no? :S
 
No weapon - just a ticket for being an idiot.

I do think the camera has an influence - very much like COPS and COPS 2.0 you get a much different view with them following along than when they are not. At least that is what I am told by folks in the know.
