You don't say what your model is, nor the type of panniers you have fitted.
For the 29 litre Aprilia (Futura) bags, not the Norge which of course uses the ignition key.
After a lot of research and frustration, I have found the Silca ZD18 works a treat. An alternative is the Silca YH24, but this one will need slimming down slightly.
