Here's what I got via em from our JJ our Bike Night organizer.

'The MGNOC NorCal Rally "Guzzisti by the Sea...A Gathering of Eagles" will be held at
campground 'K', Doran Beach State Park, Bodega Bay, Calif. on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
of Occtober, 2010. Rally fee this year is $25.00 per person. This includes two nights camping, firewood, rally pins, and snacks. Charcoal for grilling, tableware, paper products, condiments, and a few hotdogs and hamburgers [with buns] for grilling will also be provided. Other than listed above, all meals are riders responsibillity. Bottled water and "Sunny D" for drinking will be provided also.
...the first 16 to arrive you get a 'free' pass. Anyone arriving after that would have to purchace a daily park pass.'

Sorry. don't know what the parking pass fee is. I may camp Saturday night, but will spend most of Sat there in any case. See you all there. Hopefully the wind is not a strong as last year.
