I am building a cafe racer from a Mk 2 Lemans (1980)
Having de-linked the brakes, i need to get the rear brembo master cyl and caliper set up sorted.
Can anyone give me some advice about type/model of master cyl and the matching caliper that goes with it ?
the pic below is what i am trying to achieve, but dont know the parts to get ?

Part two ! This is the rear brembo and carrier i need ? any advice on sourcing the parts to do this ?

Looks like a bike done by helmut taborsky ...try HTM moto guzzi germany.the brake itself is the same as a V11 or smallbloc ...the cylinder is probebly like wise.

I also delinked (see photo). Are you running the F08 caliper? Brembo Master cylinder 11 mm, available in side or top outlet (you photo and mine are top outlet). Bought mine from Greg at MI. I just picked up a side outlet version on Fleabay. Could cut you a deal on the master cylinder you're looking at.

I havent got the rear caliper yet, thats the enquiry really, I want to junk the old F08 and go for a underslung brembo unit (as in the pic) but I dont know the parts i need or the matching master cyl ? and the dia of the mas/cyl .
There seem to be two main types, 11mm and 13 mm of master cyl.
but also unsure about the type and size of the re-located caliper(under the disc one) as in pic two (above) ?

Thanks

Hi Luka, sorry, just catching up here... the second picture down looks to be a 2-piston caliper off of a '00-05 V11 Sport/Le Mans series. Those use an 11mm M/C. eBay is likely your best bet, but I can get you both items above new if you'd like... if yes, ping me direct e-mail; Todd at GuzziTech.com
