Indeed.
Worked great. Got the disks off, loosened the bobbins so they can be rotated. This now allows the braking surface ring to shift/float. Then I cleaned the braking surface with brake cleaner thoroughly. Reassembled using Loctite and correct torque.
Test ride produced a big smile, I really can't detect the pulsing anymore. Brakes feel as strong as ever. Again, much thanks to everyone!
