Greetings,

I just got this:

http://m.ebay.com/itm/290954971218

They say it fits Breva 750. Has anybody installed it on a Breva 750?

Part number is GU31450266. I couldn't find any reference to Breva only Nevada and maybe V7 Classic. It came with no instructions and I don't have the bike to look at right now.

Thanks!!

Same frame, so it should fit. Check with your local dealer for the OEM V7 version is ~$79.

Very similar guards were used by guzzi on the early tonti big block bikes. These connect to the front subrail and required a longer bolts. There should be a frame gusset for the top connection. I'm not sure if this gusset varies with the baby tonti frame models, guzzi tends to use one frame for all current models. Did the longer subframe bolts come with it? On the big block guzzi used a fine thread bolt but I don't think that is critical if loctite and split washers are used. I wouldn't replace the bolts with stainless since stainless is about 30% weaker in tension.

Just support the sump during installation.

Thanks Todd and Raphael.

The one I got came with two pairs of bolts (one pair long, one short) and a pair each of nut tabs, rubber plugs, and spacers, plus a black plastic wedge with holes for bolts. Each have their own bag and part number.

It may fit the frame but one Breva owner just said that his apparently came with this guard installed the wrong way to clear the Breva plastic bits on the tank (V7 doesn't have them).

I skimmed your question too quickly. It should fit just fine, so keep us posted. You'll use the frame bolts as Rafael noted. Did it come with instructions?
