Bubbling tank paint

i have the dreaded paint bubble issue.
looking at getting it painted soon. guzzi should have done a recall on this.

Thanks for the info... and you will learn that Guzzi falls under small/limited manufacturer laws, and they are often exempt of these type of issues unless forced by an attorney to help. Unfortunate I agree, bout otherwise, they are robust and extremely enjoyable machines as you'll soon learn. Once fueled correctly and uncorked, they really spread their wings.
 
Not paint. Nylon fuel tank.

Nylon fuel tank pulls water from water saturated ethanol fuel, through the tank nylon and it exits between the tank and the paint, causing that.

If there wasn’t ethanol in our gas, it wouldn’t do that.
 
There have been many posts on the internet regarding this topic on my motorcycles.

I do not have firsthand information about this.

The ones who succeeded, seem to have removed the tank and dried it out for several months, followed by coating the inside with a Caswells product (best to ask them directly) then repainting.
