Yea I tried that, still not working. Hmmm...
Have you re-launched Safari? Easiest way would be to reboot your phone via pressing both buttons until the apple symbol comes back on the screen. Double tap the home button then swipe Safari up to the top of you screen will work on OS 7. If all else fails use the reboot method. I have used the forum on iPhone 3, 4 and 5.

I've tried both ways, yes. Do I need to clear all my data and cookies from the previous iteration of this site, is that the problem? Perhaps I'll try to just reset my password and see what happens.
Perhaps... though I didn't have any issues from old to new.
A reply from my developer, "No issues with signing in via iPhone 5s and iPad Air, Both using IOS7. Login issues are either incorrect login details or cookie issues. Try getting the user to clear browser history / cookies and cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache-on-an-iPhone"
