I have been trying to find the Brembo model of brake with a view to getting some replacement pistons and seals. Does anyone have any information on this two piston rear brake?

I believe it is proprietary, meaning built for Guzzi, and must be bought via dealer; Which here in the States means replacement as they do not offer rebuild kits for legal reasons. You could take it apart and measure to see if you can find something else that works (bet you can).

The piston diameters are 28mm and 26mm with height of 29.5mm. A range of BMWs seem to share the same brake size.
