I have a centrestand coming from a member here that is complete minus the brackets that mount it to the frame. I have a right bracket off a Breva 850 and needed the left. Couldn't find any online for a reasonable price and a new one that I would have to wait weeks for is around $180 including freight from a dealer here in Australia. So I thought to my self I can fabricate this- using the original bracket on the bike, The two brackets are not mirror image, even in the mounting holes but the pivot point needs to be parallel and in the same place for the centrestand to operate. I also made an educated guess where to put the stand stop on the left. I'll find out when the stand turns up this week if i was right. Quite a few hours work but satisfied with the outcome. I may still fit a genuine one once I can find a reasonably priced one, :)

With the seeming rarity of the part, looks like you've done a fine job of solving the problem! Nice:happy:
