Hi guyzzistis.
I have a Bellagio, which I believe has a similar speedo/LCD display to the Griso, breva and maybe a few other Guzzis.
The thing is, when it's dark ou, the LCD display goes to a red screen which, for me , makes it hard to read at a glance. Is there a way to change the back lighting to blue or white or anything else?

Possible, Bob, but definitely not easy. Most likely Carmo could do it for you as the back-light is probably part of the LCD

The Griso uses some sort of LCD matrix screen. You can change the brightness but not the color. I don't know if you could modify the insides for a different color, but I would be surprised if you could do it easily. Have you tried turning the brightness up all the way?

dunno how to make any changes to the display. change the time on the clock or anything else apart from resetting the trip meter.

Just getting to know the bike.

It should be covered in the owners manual. If you don't have one, there may be one in the Resource section

still looking for answers on this. HELP !

It should be in the manual. In general though, the button on the left hand switchgear that lets you cycle through functions is the key. One button is for flashing the high beams, the other is the select button. A single push cycles through the average mileage, highest speed, current mileage etc. Holding that button down is the "enter" function. The re-set the trip meter, you hold that button down for a moment, when on the trip function. To change the backlight, you (assuming its the same as my Breva 1200) have, on the left switchgear, trip1, trip 2 and function. Set it to settings/function, or whatever it's called, I'd have to go check my bike. 3rd position anyhow. On mine, it brings up CHRONO, as the first item. push the select button on the switchgear. Each push will cycle a new function. Avoid things like "Change the code". When it selects "backlighting", hold the button down, to enter the menu. It has 3 settings, hi, med and low. Select low. You can hold the button down, to go back to cycling the options, or switch the switchgear switch back to one of the trip meter settings. It's a bit like working the TV settings on a TV remote, but not that hard, once you get the hang of it.

Did you get yourself an owner's manual? I have a copy, it's almost 10Mb in size, I could try emailing it to you if you pm me your email address.
