I'm still running the oem brakes on my '96 Sport 1100. Does anyone have the part numbers for the parts needed to retrofit the Brembo master cylinders from Ducati, I believe it was the 916, onto the Sport 1100? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Happy to get you whatever you'd like if you're looking for new parts. Most any Brembo 16mm master will work, and if you're looking specifically for the OEM Ducati 916/955 remote reservoir 16mm pump, cost new is $167 + reservoir kit. If you want to step up to some serious braking power, check out the 19mm radial (used on the 1098/1198/1199) shown here; https://www.guzzitech.com/store/product/cid-119.html -- contact me direct e-mail with any questions; Todd at GuzziTech.com

Awesome, do you also have the matching clutch side for either the 16mm or 19mm brake side?

One other question that perhaps you can help me with. There is some sort of pulsing in the front end that I can feel when I apply the front brakes, any idea what that could be? Warped rotor perhaps? I'd like to trouble shoot this so I can replace whatever needs fixed at same time I upgrade the master cylinders.

I do have a matching clutch pump, and for the rotors, pulsing is usually related to the spools/buttons that carry the friction disk. Try THIS first - or I offer the fantastic snowflake rotors like pictured below for $278/pr on the Store Tab above for details.
