I have a new this year 2012 Norge with about 2500 kms. Lately I've had a hard time starting it, mostly when the bike is warm or hot, but even sometimes cold. Any ideas out there or similar problems.

Who did the set up, and any services done afterwards? TPS settings, valve lash and throttle body balance are critical for good running and starts. Assuming you mean it cranks over, but doesn't fire, correct? Have someone do a proper service, and most of your issues should go away. If you want to allow it to run/fuel properly (and run incredibly well), I can be of help. Ping me direct e-mail; Todd at GuzziTech.com

Suspension advice for 2012 Norge

Thanks for the advice...I'll be taking it in for a look at and fluid change soon...the starting issues are less frequent, for some reason lately...I do have a few more questions though, they're about the suspension: I want to know what they mean in the owners manual by ' 25 clicks from completely discharged ' ? is it 25 from soft or hard? I would assume from soft; on the rear also is the damping adjustment, it says ' 10 clicks starting from the screw completely closed ' , which direction do you completely close it, left or right?; the front fork calls for ' from completely open close 3 turns ' , again which way is competely open, + or - ? I hope I don't sound too feeb, but i want to set it up myself, so I need to get it right at the start.
