Hi there. I have a fairly straight through exhaust on my Guzzi. It sometimes gives a bit of a pop on
de-cell and has a bit of a surge at low revs. Do I not have enough back pressure. The plugs do not
indicate a lean mixture. Would a KN Filter help. Any suggestions appreciated.

Plugs on injected bikes don't tell the story any more. A voltmeter or VDSTS software check of the TPS will begin the story, but pop on decel is almost always a lean at closed throttle condition. The best, and arguably easiest, fix is a Power Commander (PCIII). See the Power Commander link on the main page of GuzziTech.com for more info, or feel free to contact me direct; Todd at GuzziTech.com

Hi- First check your valve clearances, then read and do as much as you can of this:

    https://www.guzzitech.com/FITuneUp-Sean_F.html

You may also consider putting real performance type mufflers on, your Guzzi will never run how it should with straight pipes.

    Then what Todd suggested.

    Good luck!!
