Hi; Does anyone have any suggestion for a replacement/aftermarket fuel filler cover for the V100 Mandello. Here in Calif with the Cl-Epa compliant gas hoses, the hose gets caught up in the cover of the gas filler area.
 
You can fix that problem for a whopping $5 and it fits in your back left pocket.😀

In dealing with these here in CA since their inception, you can use the flip cap to push on the boot. This allows it to fill to precisely where you want it to. Allow space below the inner assy, don’t top off.
 
One of these from your local hardware store probably for about a buck. I don't remember what they are called, will have to be stretched a bit to fit over the nozzle. I was a weights and measures inspector, we used these to test fuel dispensers.

Sorry, the picture doesn't show actual size. But by the fact that it fits over the nozzle should have indicated the size. I realize some of the nozzles in the rest of the country are smaller in diameter than the monstrosities we have to deal with here in Cali. The one shown here is too big to even go through the opening.
