Just got it firing!
Hi All
I will be replacing the in tank fuel filter on my 04 EV Touring this spring. When the filter was last replaced by Euromoto in Laval, PQ two seasons and 30,000 km ago, the shop replaced the fuel lines & hose clamps inside the tank.
The question I have is whether I should replace the fuel line and hose clamps again while I have the tank apart. Are the clamps special in any way? I know the fuel lines have to be submersible.
It's still too cold (-20C this AM) to work on the bike, but if I need to order special parts to do the replacement I will do so before I take the tank off.
TIA
