Just got my G11 back from a session being dyno tuned. I have been extremely happy with how the bike rides (feels and pulls) since adding all of Todd's upgrades. Decided to have it dyno tuned to see exactly what kind of power the motor was making and to finally have some numbers to compare things against if I do any further performance mods. Also figured it wouldn't hurt to have the maps custom tuned specifically for my bike.
I really wish I had had some dyno runs done when the bike was bone stock to see objectively just how much improvement I've gotten. Subjectively, the improvement in the way the bike runs, sounds and feels has been huge, so to me all of the mods have definitely been worth the time, effort and money.
Motor wise, my bike has Todd's ECU re-flash, BMC filter with open airbox, Todd's shorty trapazoidal exhaust including y-pipe, PC-V and dual sensor Autotune.
I have to get the shop to email the final graph to me to post, the copy they gave to me is very light - printer was running out of ink.
Tuning was done on a Factory Pro 4 gas dyno.
The results (corrected to compare to Dynojet #'s since most dyno results I've seen have been on Dynojet's):
Max RWHP: 83.26
Max Torque: 67.74
From what I have found for dyno results on stock G11's, my peak horsepower over "typical" stock #'s is decent but isn't phenomenal (wish I had the stock peak number for my bike to compare it to), but the subjective butt dyno says it is a significant improvement.
Both the power and torque curves are great though. I am especially pleased with the torque curve. My torque curve is nice and fat with a huge torque "plateau" (less than 10% variation) spread from 3000rpm's to 7008rpm's (less than 5% variation from 3487rpm's - 6506rpm).
Most importantly, the bike is a complete joy to ride!

you don't mention if they altered the fueling, was it perfect already?

As part of this "tuning session" I upgraded from the single Autotune sensor to the double, so fueling was tweaked during the dyno tuning to optimize each cylinder individually.
Todd's development work needs to be applauded as the tweaks implemented were not huge changes and the resulting performance gains from an extensive dyno tune likely would not be worth the expense for most.
I am planning to get the shop to email me the runs so I can post more detailed info.

I have the single sensor auto tune on the same engine I am past satisfied. Pulls like a train from 2k up. Plugs are perfect tan and engine runs cool. Of course, you already know this.

Hey Kevin,

Thinking of going the same modification route on my incoming G11 over the winter. Except from the trapezoidal exhaust, I'm thinking of going with the underbody right side exit version :D

Good to hear you are happy with the results!
