I searched the forum but cant find anything other than the Knight Design pegs. Those seem to be high quality, but I dont want to lower the stock height and really would rather not spend nearly $300 (front and back) to make largely a cosmetic change. The G12 comes with a nicer set but the cost of the OEM pegs is insane. Just wondering if any other brand (Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki) will fit. Seems to be tons of inexpensive, anodized options available on Ebay but nothing for Moto Guzzi. Has anyone tried fitting a different brands peg's, and if so, which?

Thanks!

Welcome

The CARC guzzis are Aprilias so some Aprilia pegs will fit. The Shiver uses the same pegs but I'm not sure about the other models. I wouldn't be surprised if they are all interchangeable. AF1 Racing has Aprilia parts books on-line you can use to compare to the Griso PN.

Found these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Oberon-Apri...ycle_Parts&hash=item4ab5180948#ht_1510wt_1110

Price is better - they might fit. If you see an Aprilia around maybe you can take a look to see if the widths and angles are okay. An Aprilia forum might be helpful to find if these pegs are interchangeable with the Shiver.

Great thank you. I thought that might be the case. I'll hit up a local Aprilia dealer with a pair of calipers and see what's what. Ill also cross reference some part numbers.

If you're interested I've got the originals off my 8V if you want 'em. Swap 'emfor your 1100 ones and you can pay the postage, shouldn't be much.

Thanks P!

I was helping Knight Design with making the griso pegs. They took my dimentions and mentioned that they were identical (with some minor tweeks) to pegs they already had. I never asked WHICH pegs they were like, but they are very close to some another set.
