Fantastic time in Mandello. The rain on Sunday meant the Classic Parade was off so didn't get to see and hear the Otto Cylindri. Still there is always next time. Here is a taster:

Enjoy, Nigel. :D

Thanks for posting these, I only had my camera with me and not enough room for video footage on the card, I hadn't been to Mandello before, I couldn't have chosen a better time to go, the atmosphere was brilliant, making new friends from all over the world, chatting to Danes, Swedes, Poles all in the universal language ...Guzzi...I still get goosebumps now just knowing I was there....the one thing that made me feel at home was the mix of people, my only regret was not camping, but I don't think my body would have taken any more punishment, the Griso wasn't designed for touring. Or maybe that was me...lol.

Thanks Nigel,
Nice, especially like the music ..... the tarantella give it that Italian touch. :)

Hi dear Guzzifans and fanatics,
yeah, I know it's a bit late but anyway.
I've bin with a group of members of Moto Guzzi Club Netherlands to Mandello to celebrate Guzzi's 90 th birthday.
I was só excited to go, só excited to take this drive along with a big bunch of other Guzzi fanatics.
Só excited to see, feel and enjoy these festivities, só excited to be a living part of this...
It will never be possible to erase these overwhelming memorys out of my head.
It was one of my most, my best, my everything...
Aaah, how can I write this, so others can get a tiny bit of my feelings, how I felt during that week.
I've seen a lot, I've enjoyed many very nice events, I've met many, many different people in my life.
I even met a very lovely wife in my life, with whom I'm married the last 6 years!
But this event is in my top ten of my life! And I'm at 2/3 of my life... (I'm nearly 53...)

Maybe a few pictures will tel more...
I hope it aren't too many...

More to come... if you like
