Has any one changed their grips yet?

Can the grips be removed and aftermarket ones slipped on?

We don’t need heated grips where I’m from, so have no idea.

I've thought about grip puppies but given the luke warm grips which I do use wasn't keen to reduce their efficiency even more. Also I don't find these grips too narrow really.

I wanted a larger diameter. I didn't care about the heated grips, I have heated gloves. The heated factory grips are not really very hot, just warm.

I've got heated gloves too but at -2 C I like both. I like fatter grips as well but other than grip puppies not sure what's available.

That's the unfortunate part about the grip puppies. While I love the product, if the grips are thick to begin with, it can end up with too big a diameter.

On bikes that I don't have heated grips, I will usually change the grips to the thinnest ones I can find, then install the grip puppies over.

Riding Harleys for a few years I became used to larger diameter grips. I have grip puppies on mine. Work for me and I find that larger grips allow for more accurate throttle control reducing surging. JMHO.
