I've not used the Griso since October  following a sports injury and on the advice of my physio.

My frail old body has recovered enough and I'm itching to get out on the bike. Thing is she won't start.
Having turned the ignition on I get nothing at the dials? I've charged the battery and it is showing as being healthy but still no change? I'm thinking that there must be a fuse thats defective some where.

I'm no engineer so any advice on where to start looking would be appreciated.

Assuming your battery is holding a charge...

See if it will start when you're in gear.
You'll have to sit on the bike since you need the side stand to be folded up to disengage the safety feature.
The reason I'm saying this is because I had a fickle neutral safety switch.
It was actually the plug on the sending uni, bad contact.
I wiggled this thing around a little and it's been fine since. I had a thread about that not long ago and I got help from the Masters here.
Also, check your starter button/switch for stubbornness, lol.
Look for corrosion to the terminals on the starter.
Do the usual trouble shooting etc...
Good luck.

This is a section of the diagram, Click on the picture below to blow it up # 23 shows the 2 main 30 amp fuses, I would look there as well as the main ground connection on the rear of the starter case. If you get no light show or no relays clicking, then the ignition switch is suspect as well.

Hope this helps, You can save the picture on the link as a PDF file.

Hope this helps.

You said you were getting nothing at the dials. First clean your battery connections, then the ground point near the starter. I've seen a coating form on the battery positive that prevents conduction. Next check the 30 amp fuses and the holder. Let us know if that changes anything.

Thanks for the advice guys. I checked the fuses and they were all ok. Jump started the bike off my VW and she started first time. Let her idle for a while then took the battery out and put it on the optimate. Optimate is indicating that the battery won't hold its charge

Looks like I may be needing a new battery.
