Does anyone know where a workshop manual can be purchased. I realise there is an online copy but I would like a physical copy to get grease and grime on. I called Moto Guzzi customer service and they said there was no one available. At least I wasn't surprised.

The world has pretty much gone electronic manuals. If you really need a hard copy, you could have one printed from the PDF, but that could be cost prohibitive. I just load the manuals onto an old laptop (the same one that has VDSTS loaded) and use that.

I did receive a nice, detailed message from Moto Guzzi. Although they will not sell a workshop manual to a consumer they did offer a few suggestions.

Strange, Moto Guzzi dealers have sold them in the past. The some of the manuals even had part numbers.

Strange indeed. I've always bought the factory Parts Manual and the factory Service Manual for anything I knew I'd keep for a while. I guess they didn't sell enough of them to warrant the printing costs and a pdf is just so easy.

All the best,

Mark
