First - hello all, new to this forum so be gentle with me if I ask stupid questions!

I've recently taken delivery of a 2 year old Griso 8V and it's my first Guzzi, in love already! Bike is near perfect condition apart from the bar ends are a bit beaten up and the stock mirrors have seen better days. I've bought a set of Rizoma linear mirrors from www.moorespeedracing.co.uk/rizoma-bille ... irror.html with a set of bar ends but before I start hacking around, can anyone tell me how teh stock bar ends come off the bike? B)

Undo the allen head bolt holding the bar end weights.
Once removed you will see a large nut at the end of the bar, unscrew it as normal.
It may be tight but it will undo with a good spanner and a bit of effort.

BTW, I just installed he Rizoma Spy R bar-end mirrors, and the adaptor that is "required" was not needed. The Allen bolts that come with the mirrors screwed directly into the stock plug. Had to paint the head of the plug black, however, as it was now exposed (the stock bar end weights have a lip that cover the head).
