griso - suspension softening possibilities?

I'll send photo's. I am believing that you guy's are correct, they probably are Showa's, but I will still send the shots.

It would be inside the lowest part of the forks, hidden likely by the fender, from the inside (wheel side) looking out. You will likely find just "Aprilia" stamped onto them, but trust me, these are Showa units.

tried Doc's setting as a base
I weigh a 100kg
made a huge difference to the bike and set up the static sag when a
friend was here to help.
A couple of tips though.
use a note book with a diagram of what adjuster does what
and record all the changes including with a pillion.
I run 2 sets of notes for this
My wife usually dreaded hitting any pothole until I backed everything off
and now the bike feels so planted on the road, even a run through some
tight twisty rainforest section with 10k on the tyres didn't bother it on sunday.
