Has anybody in AUS purchased the GTRX mufflers for there Cali 1400? I'm going to buy Audace model when it eventually arrives in AUS and are interested in shipping costs and tax's from importing pipes from states, can anyone throw light on costs?

Hi Mark, I haven't sold but a few sets; One complete system, fully polished, is sitting here waiting for a Corbin seat - all headed to New Zealand.
Shipping cost for just the mufflers would be ~$90USD. Feel free to reach me direct for any additional info; Todd at GuzziTech.com
Congrats in advance on the Audace; simple form and function. Are you going to keep the Stelvio as well?

I purchased the whole set...quite a bit lighter..fits perfectly..and it barks under heavy throttle but is fairly quiet with a calm throttle wrist..

With the DB killers....I havnt tried without...I have found usually that lessens performance....The pipes with the killers in are plenty loud if you crack the throttle hard...but if a cop is around just cruise by and I have never had any issues...I do like them........I do get a little back fire but very little and that usually is just when I rev at idle.....I have done no fueling mods at this time.....so overall extremely pleased!!

Don't bother removing the DB killers Mark. I've had the GTrx mufflers, PCV and AT300 modification for a few months now and it all comes together very well. The engine runs a richer fuel mixture that aids cooling, yet my fuel mileage has only dropped by a small amount. By about 4000 rpm the thing sounds like a big block V8 and will not disappoint with performance. I'm waiting for the dyno results on the full exhaust system before adding that to the mix. I aim to gain more horsepower in the future through possible porting and perhaps a slightly more performance oriented camshaft as the bike has plenty of torque to sacrifice at lower revs.
The excellent handling and agility of this bike just begs for more go.
