It looks like a pretty straight forward install, and for the most part the directions are pretty good. But they left out which side of the coil the wires go to. I added what I think is the correct polarity to this pic.

But the instructions are unclear on this. That pic in my first post, minus the polarity annotations, is from the directions. And the words that go with it just say "Plug the remaining red and green wires onto the spade terminals where the original points connected, matching the colors." Which doesn't help me one bit because I have no idea how the original wires were wired.
