Recurring problem with start up after parking in sun for few hours after a ride on summer days. Suspect canister is taking on lots of fumes from heated fuel tank. When it does start it wants to stall for the first minute or so. Other day starter just cranked with no firing of engine until I old schooled the throttle a little as if it was a carb. Then it begrudingly turned over and idled up, albeit pretty lumpy. Fuel quantity on the gauge was showing as two bars which typically equates to about three or four gallons in the tank.
Guessing this is the canister evap emissions system helping me out ...
Once up to snuff after a minute or so of reluctant idling, it runs like it's usual striped ape personality. Striped apes are fast, that's why no one's ever actually seen one ...
