After a lot of procrastination I have finally installed Todd's Hyperpro springs/spacers and PD valve emulators in the Noge. most nerve racking was cutting the OEM PVC spacer's to get a flush cut (Used a chop saw with a fine tooth blade) and drilling holes in the dampening tubes (drill press and stepper bits). Some E-mails back and forth to Todd for instruction's and encouragement . It's all back together ! One tip I would offer is to remove and do one fork at a time, when your finished with it reinstall and then using the axle to line up the fork in the exact height it was just make sure before tightening the pinch bolts that the axle can freely slide back and forth. So did it do what it was suppose to do ? You betcha, immediate tip off is when coming off the center stand while sitting on the bike is about 1/2 the front end dive then before. My biggest complaint the front end diving so much under heavy braking and subsequent rising up of the front when coming to a fast stop, I found that unnerving at times and indeed almost dropped it a couple of times at a stop light or intersection. It's CURED !!! While I was at it I installed the Stucchi crash bars, which the pictures on a Red (Faster) Norge don't do justice as the bars are the same color as the valve covers and the lower metal plates.
