hyperpro rear shock springs

Hi all
Just been thru a real pain in the ass scenario !
Ordered a pair of replacement rear shock springs for a 750 Breva from Hyperpro via an ebay shop
Now the shop was no problem but the springs were ! They turned out to be 5mm narrower than the stock ones so would not fit !
the fun started when I disputed the error and hyperpro started at first saying I wasn't measuring the spring diameters correctly :roll:
Well I was and they were wrong then they tried it on with ' you must have aftermarket shocks fitted' er no they are stock for sure so this email tennis started via the ebay shop but I finally relented and asked for a refund no problem says the shop .
So word of warning if you order Hyperpro springs try and find out the diameters first !!
