KEIS or EXO2 Heated Vest - Any opinions or Experience

Has anyone tried the current versions of the KEIS or EXO2 heated vests.
Both of these appeal as they can also be used on or off the bike by utilising a rechargeable battery.

I should probably throw in the current Gerbing product as well but I'm not sure if they have the portable battery option.
These will be used in OZ where our winters aren't anywhere near as severe as North America, UK or Northern Europe so I figure a vest is probably all I will need.

Can't talk to the battery option but living here in the Pacific North West I use my heated vest alot...

Gerbing is tops in their field and they warranty their vest, jackets, etc, no charge, for the LIFE of the product. Just call them and ship it in, they pay to ship it back..
I have had them fix my vest which went dead - after 5 years of use.... Does not get better than that.
