Key Cylinder Bolt Breva

Hi folks! Wrenching on my wife's 2004 Breva, I discovered the 2 bolts that attach the ignition lock to the bike disappeared! The entire lock/key cylinder slides freely out of its housing. No hardware can be found on the floor. A mystery, as the bike has sat for 3 months. Before I jack with the wrong threads, can anyone tell me the spec on the bolts? Thanks,

To be precise I would need to see it, but at a guess items of that size would use 6mm x 1.0, but I have seen similar ignition/steering locks use 8mm x 1.25

If you don't have a stock of bolts take one of each size from some other component and test in the hole by hand.
 
Please us socket head or torx head capscrews w/internal tooth lockwashers.
 
Since it is a 2004 and in the US, I'm assuming it is a 750 Breva. Please let me know if it is and I will move this topic to small block. The parts manual for this and other bikes is available in the downloads section.

That said, the 750s use two different M8 bolts, one is a special M8X15 that I think has a tamper proof head (shears off) and a standard M8X30. I'm also going out on a limb and assuming the thread pitch is standard for an M8 at 1.25.

#19 is short; M8X15 mm
#18 seems to be a standard M8 bolt.
 
M8 bolt #19 has a torque "snap off" anti theft head. Usually inserted with locktite as well.

Its to prevent a thief from unbolting the steering lock etc.
