When the factory mounted the crossover pipe they left that clamp bolt on the left side rest against my kick stand cutoff switch wire harness and then it cut through that harness and shorted out that kick stand cut off switch. I had to re-splice that wire and then rotate the clamp around so the end of that bolt is not touching the switch housing and wire harness. Another very lame stupid factory assembly quality control issue that caused a failure on my bike of which I have had many such things happen with this bike. I can't believe how many things on this bike I've had to re-route because of stupidity that happen during the assembly process. It's getting to the point the stupidly beyond belief or even words.
So yes, yet another trophy of stupidity to be aware of on these horribly assembled bikes.
What next? The rod blowing through the side of the block thing? gheeeez maneeez
I need a break away from this bike before I toss this thing in a ditch and throw a match on it. It's parked in the corner and I'll ride my other stuff, I can't take any more of this chit.
