G'day blokes and blokesses, I have the Matris V7 F15K Full Fork Cartridge Kit installed on my V7iii. Does anyone here know:
1. What grade/type oil I should use when I change the oil?
2. How much oil should be in each fork?
I didn't install the kit and I can't find any info specific to my Kaifa forks.

Matris includes Motorex 5w fork oil with the kit. It doesn't say on the container if it is synthetic or not. Level is 130 mm from top (approx 275ml per leg).
I weigh 200 lbs and this setup works fine on my v7iii.
