Can't figure out the security screw that hold the MG pannier front mounts to the rear foot rest brackets. There is a standard bolt and a flattened triangular security screw that has no opening on it's flat top to take a bit. I want to remove the mounts to trasnfer them to another bike. Any advice pls?

They have a snap-off portion to prevent easy theft. You will have to drill out the bolt or perhaps manage to get a pair of small vicegrips to get them undone.
