Ye ha, it arrived today, :D
Got the Mrs dirty and we removed the old pipe, and installed the new. Hardest bit was that bloody spring, grrrr, but in the end too easy.
Started the old girl up with the DB killer in and honestly I thought it was quieter than the stock pipe  soooo, I removed the DB killer, (that was an interesting job) very small allen key grub screw well and truly tightened up (is that a first for MG lol) and slid the DB killer out. Restarted and wow, what a lovely lovey note. Saddled up and took her out for a quick blat through the national park.
Here's my thoughts, they are subjective and later I'll report back some more.
Was there a difference? Yes!!! From the bottom end right the way through to the top end. The difference more noticable with increasing rev range. For sure, there was a subtle smoother difference off the bottom end, but the mid range and top end is where I noticed the difference the most. The pipe is also a lot smaller and a lot lighter than the old. It doesn't get that hot, I can touch it after I get off and its not screaming hot (love carbon fiber). You still get the decel burble from below 3000 rpm, but no more or less than you did with the stock pipe. The note for mine is sweet as, just love it. I'll stick a pic up if I can figure out how to do it. Well worth the money, I was a little worried about the purchase but not any more. I'm looking forward to seeing if the rear wheel gets as dirty as with the stock pipe. I'm sure the size and the shape of the old pipe created a vortex that sucked all the road grime onto the rear wheel, time will tell.
I'm upside down, never mind B)

Have you tried to fit the panniers yet?
I reckon you'll need to drop the pipe (using the bracket # ???)
Anyway if needed I'm sure I have a spare .
