So what exactly do we get? Is some form of recovery included? My supplying dealer has messed up initiating my warranty so I've not recieved a thing about it. I have been in contact with the dealer principle who is supposedly sorting the mess out, including my belated cam recall work.....bunch of incompetent wa*kers!

When I picked my bike up I saw the dealer print from the dealer section of the Guzzi website the recovery document of which you should have had a copy after he has filled out the necessary details. As you say Guzzi dealers seem a bit laid back just like their Italian masters. Where I bought mine they hadn't even done the ECU upgrades and it was running like a pig even after the 1st service. Hopefully you won't need the recovery. My Stelvio let me down with a split braided clutch hose (unusual) but just having looked at the recovery document I think I could have claimed the train home from Worcester where I happened to be when the breakdown occurred, after leaving it at Streffords (good guys who know what they're on about) where they sorted the machine - glad it wasn't in France a few weeks before. Worth reading the document (but if you're like me you never do until it's too late). Other than that love riding my Stelvio and back to France for the next weekend only. Hope you get sorted.

You should get two years Europe-wide recovery as part of the warranty.
But if your dealer has messed up, get back to him, as otherwise if you did need anything done under the warranty, Guzzi would refuse to honour it.
