Moto Guzzi V7 recorded record numbers in August 2021, beating other Italian and foreign competition and selling a total of 213 units. A very important result, which comes in correspondence with the celebrations for the 100th anniversary of the Eagle at Ali Spiegate (the great event was unfortunately canceled due to Covid-19).

And that’s how the V7 from Mandello still is the Moto Guzzi best seller, it was in fact the bike with a displacement over 700 cc best-selling in the Italian market in August 2021, outpacing the Japanese, German and Italian competition. Excellent news for the brand from Mandello del Lario, born in 1921 (we have told all its fascinating story) which just this year ‘blows out its 100 candles’.

However, the result achieved by the V7 was not a surprise, given the enthusiasm with which the new model of the Mandello range has been welcomed since its commercial launch, which took place at the beginning of the year. The bike was made in two different versions for everyone: the Stone, more essential and with contemporary contents, and the Special, more classic and elegant.

Moto Guzzi V7 is equipped with a new 850 cc engine with 65 HP of power, thrilling performance; it has thus become faster, more comfortable, better equipped and refined, without losing any of the character and authenticity typical of all Moto Guzzi bikes. The new generation of V7 wants to continue to be the entry-level motorcycle into the world of the Eagle at Ali Spiegate, an easy-to-drive two-wheeler, with reduced dimensions and low weight, but still capable of unleashing a strong and authentic character. exhibited by the transverse V-twin, a unique configuration in the world.

Representative of the Italian classic motorcycle in the world, this is the title that the V7 deserves, capable of keeping faith with the expectations and reputation of a brand that is legend, loved all over the world. Since 1967, the year in which the sales of the first units began in Italy, the V7 has become the cornerstone of the range and the representative par excellence of the Italian motorcycle.

The bike was then relaunched in 2009 in the 750 displacement, it has always been a great success thanks to its classic style, build quality and ease of driving. At the beginning of the year, the Mandello-based manufacturer, which is celebrating its centenary, presented the new generation of V7s, which immediately proved to be perfect for continuing the great success of a legendary bike.
