Are any of you watching whats going in Portland? They supposedly just ran an electric bike at The Isle of Man Race On June 06/09. The bike was shipped over but I haven't heard whether it actually ran. Its an awsome looking bike and there are some short videos of it on their web site. I know its not Guzzi but its nice to see someone going outside the box and experimenting with the technology.

It is a very cool bike. I saw a show on tv about it and read an article or two in roadracing magazines about it. Unfortunately I have not heard much out of them in a while. I hope they are successful.

Hi guys,
I've been watching the t.t.(fortunate to live here!),i have seen the various non-carbon footprint bikes in practice the fastest one was timed at Sulby straight some 18 ish miles from the start at 98mph,and the final lap speed average was 85mph but i do not know for which machine.
There are two classes 1. proffesional class (big budget!!),2. Open class with 30,000 pound budget using off the shelf parts.
They race this friday 12th before the senior t.t.
