Just got it firing!
Does anyone know the size of the three brass bush screw holes on the back of a PC LCD Display module? I Want to come up with a neat on bike mounting solution.
Thanks, Phil

The only LCD mounting standard I'm aware of is the VESA, which has four holes in a square formation, either at 75mm apart, or 100mm. I have heard of but never seen a 100 x 200 mm mounting system, must be for very large displays.
Your best bet would be to contact the manufacturer of your display, or go to a hardware store that sells screws and just try some until you get one that fits. I suspect it would be metric, but the good thing about standards is there is so many of them.
If they measure about 2mm my money is a 3mm. Measuring nuts an M3-0.5 but is 2.5mm and an M2.5-0.45 but is 2mm. M2.5 is a bit rare but M3 is common. Almost anything solid state I have dealt with is metric.
When you said 2mm diameter I thought you had measured the ID of the hole. They do have an M1.6-0.35 common thread but I only have the nuts here cast work, no screws. I'm with Kiwi Dave. Time to go to the store and start trying screws. There are even smaller.
