My new 2021 V7 Centenarrio is getting delivered tomorrow. The nearest dealer from me is 4 hours away. Looking to do Agostini exhaust. Do I need to break in engine first? Will I need an ECU flash? Can I do any of it myself? Anything I should look for right off the bat? Running REC90 fuel?

Search is your best friend on this forum. Read all you can. You will discover that any time you change intake or exhaust fueling changes need to be made. What you need you will find at the Store tab above. However, fueling updates may not be available yet for your year model so be patient and stay tuned for the latest information.

I would say try the bike as it is first. It has a nice deep rumble to it and is very pleasant. Of course you can add noise with different cans if you want but I decided to keep mine stock. I had placed an order for Mistral exhausts (I’m UK based so it’s easier for me with parts through certain very established UK Guzzi parts suppliers, post Brexit etc). Anyhow, I cancelled them and saved myself £650. I used to like loud exhausts but nowadays not so much.

There should not be anything that you need to look for except the usual oil, fuel, tire pressure, and lights check.
REC 90 is not available in a few states, but I don't recall hearing issues with using the ethanol blended fuel for newer bikes with all metal fuel filter.

I would keep the bike stock for now and do the modifications after the first service. In case you need to claim any warranty works.
Typical modifications with the aftermarket exhausts are secondary air supply (SAS) blocked, EVAP canister removed, ECU reflash, and K&N air filter. Check the "store" (link at the top) or the form regularly and see what is available, since the V7 850 is fairly new. You should be able to do all that on your own, if you can do your own oil changes.

Also, go to the main forum menu and look for topics related to V7-850 https://www.guzzitech.com/forums/forums/v7-v85-v9-chat-tech.215/
