The stock headlights on my 99 Bassa does not provide enough illumination. :idea: I am thinking it is a reflector issue. The newer models of MG seem to have a really good reflector. Anyone know of an interchange? Also, anyone have a recomenndation for driving lights with a factory windshield?

I doubt it is the reflector. It is probably voltage drop. Hook up a couple 30 amp relays in the headlight bucket. Provide a separate 12 volt source direct from the battery (15 amp fuse) and have the relays triggered by the existing wiring. I usually just purchase an extra headlight socket, to put on the headlight, and use male spade connectors into the bikes' socket to pick up the signals. There are probably schematics of this somewhere on the web, but it is easy enough to do without one.

DEFINITELY go with the relays.

I made a huge difference on my Jackal.
