When you disconnect the battery on a '14 V7 stone? I disconnected the battery to add connections for heated grips and my GPS. The bike is stalling out after revving to about 4k rpms. I cannot keep it running. Is there a sequence to get this thing to re learn the tps or something?

Not sure what it was, I went back out to the garage, and double checked that the hoses were installed on the tank properly, and that the fuel line was connected correctly as well. Nothing seemed out of place, but the bike is now running like normal. I don't get it, but I am happy that it is running like it should again. I like this bike a lot, it reminds me of an R80ST that I should never have sold.

Perhaps the fuel delivery line was pinched upon reinstall of the tank? I've read about that happening to the fuel line on some V7's

Hope it stays running great!

When I had my tank removed I noticed when putting it back on that fuel line can easily get pinched between all sorts of junk under that tank. Same can be said for the breather line up front of the tank because it goes forward then loops back, easy for that thing to also get pinched. On my bike I noticed the electrical wiring for the fuel pump is much longer then it need to be. Difficult to tuck that all up under the tank and secured. Sort of a mess under those tanks with these bikes.
