Hi
My Dyno guy installed the PC V for the Grisio 8 V and he is having difficulties getting the it right down in low rev speed areas. At the time the PC V agent said it should be ok but it isn't!

I read that the 1200 8V Sport has the same donk as the Norge and Stelvio. Is it possible that the PC V for one of those models is compatible with the Sport 1200?

The bike is running very good especially above 4000 rev but It needs better low speed fuelling and throttle control.

Any response are greatly appreciated

John beat me to it... Did you revise the ECU for full fueling access to the PC-V, or are you using the 02-optimizer?

Has O2 optimiser but NE ecu reflash as we are way off here in South Australia. There is access to a Rexxar refash agent about 3000 kms away in Queensland. Will that be similar to Todd reflash process?

My limited understanding is that the Rexxar reflash does not shut off the O2 sensor?

The PC-V 02-optimizer wil not work on the 12S 8V. Do you have one or two OEM/stock 02-sensors? I do not follow Rexxer re-flash either, but last I checked it was over US$100 more then mine for a generic built flash. I'd be shocked if they had a map for the new 12S 8V. Happy to be of help if you need it (mail me the ECU, and I'll send back the next day after it arrives).

I understand that Rexxer has one generic map for all Guzzis, a one size fits all situation. Nor does it allow for an AutoTune kit to be added.

You would be better off dealing with those who specialize with our brand.

Ok I contacted Italian Motorcycles here in Adelaide and they do Rexxar reflash but they can reflash your personal map. My Dyno guy has said he will provide the map and they will do the reflash, cost is $400 Au. I will discuss again next week and make a decision.

if I was in US I would take you up on the option offerred thank you Todd. mAnd still may do but although I have a 2011 Triumph Thruxton for my commuter ride I love the Guzzi already and would ache to be off the road for too long let alone trust the postal services albeit I am a Ebay purchaser with mostly good delivery.

I will keep updating
